What are Bloxday products made of?

Bloxday Block Blaster is crafted from high-quality, non-toxic ABS plastic, and has passed CE and UKCA quality standards to ensure safety and reliability.

Do Bloxday products come with a warranty?

Yes! All Bloxday products are backed by a 1-year warranty covering any manufacturing defects. If you experience any issues with your product, please contact our customer service team, and we’ll resolve it promptly.

How do I care for my Bloxday toys?

To keep your Bloxday toys in great condition:

  • Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
  • Clean your blocks with a soft cloth and mild soap if needed.
  • Avoid exposing them to harsh chemicals or extreme temperatures.

Do you offer customization for Bloxday blocks (like printing or colors)?

At this time, we do not offer customization options like printing or custom colors. However, we’re always exploring new ways to expand our offerings. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when customization options become available.

Can I get custom designs or personalized blocks?

We currently don’t offer personalized blocks, but we are always open to collaborations with talented MOCers. If you are a designer and interested in licensing your designs, please reach out to us at hey@bloxday.com.

What is your sustainability policy?

At Bloxday, we care about the environment. We are committed to minimizing waste by using sustainable packaging and materials where possible. We are actively working to make our production and shipping processes more eco-friendly.

Do you offer gift cards?

Do you offer international shipping?

Are Bloxday products suitable for children?

While our toys are designed for adults and 'kidults,' they can be enjoyed by teens or older children under adult supervision. However, they are not intended for children under 14 years old due to small parts that may pose a choking hazard.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 working days. Delivery times vary based on your location, but most orders will arrive within 7–14 working days. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it's placed?

Unfortunately, we don't offer modification or cancellation options through the website. If you need assistance, please contact our customer service team at hey@bloxday.com as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your package in real time. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your Bloxday account.

Can I purchase individual pieces?

At this time, we do not sell individual blocks. However, if your product is defective or missing pieces, please fill in the Replacement Parts Form within 30 days of purchase or contact us at hey@bloxday.com for assistance.

What should I do if I received the wrong product?

We’re sorry for any mistakes! If you received the wrong product, please contact us at hey@bloxday.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for an exchange or full refund at no extra cost.

What if my product is damaged or defective?

If your product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please reach out to our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. We will either replace the item or issue a full refund, depending on the situation.

What happens if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately with your order number. We’ll investigate the issue with the carrier and work with you to resolve it, either through a replacement or a refund.

Can I return an opened or used product?

To ensure the quality and safety of our products, we only accept returns for unopened or unused items within 30 days of purchase. If there is an issue with a product you’ve opened or used, please contact us for assistance, and we’ll evaluate the situation.
