Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your Bloxday products. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we’re here to help!
Returns:
- You can return unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
- Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or damaged item.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at hey@bloxday.com with your order number and reason for return.
Exchanges:
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item, please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will assist with the exchange process.
Refunds:
